- We ship daily Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Saturday collection or delivery by arrangement.

At Lorryland we offer a 60 day right of return on all faulty parts:
- Parts will only be credited if they are returned in the same condition they were sent in.
- General truck items will be credited 100% on return, including freight to get the item to you.
- Engines will be credited 100% on return, including freight to get the engine to you. No labour will be paid for fitting or removing the engine. If possible, please run the engine on the pallet before fitting. No Loss of time, consequential loss etc will be paid for the truck not being in operation.
- Gearboxes will be credited 100% on return, including freight to get the gearbox to you. No labour will be paid for fitting or removing the gearbox . If possible remove the lid and self-inspect before fitting. No loss of time or consequential loss will be paid for the truck not being in operation.
- New panels will only be credited 100% if they come back in the same condition they are sent in. Please check the fitting of panels before painting as painted panels will not be credited.
We may accept return of non-faulty parts, at our discretion. A restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value will apply. Parts must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
