Shipping policy

LorryLand ships truck parts throughout New Zealand and internationally. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the price of the part. 
 
Shipping 
- We ship on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 
- Orders are generally dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed, unless you have an account with us. 
- Delivery timeframes will depend on the size of the part, destination, and the freight provider used. 
- Small and medium-sized items may be sent by courier, while larger, heavier or awkwardly shaped items may be sent by freight. 
- Delivery timeframes provided by LorryLand or the freight company are estimates only and may vary. 
- We may need to adjust your shipping fees after your order is placed, in the event they vary from what you are charged when you place an online order. 
 
International Shipping 
- We can ship parts internationally. International shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. 
- We may need to adjust your shipping fees after your order is placed, in the event they vary from what you are charged when you place an online order. 
 
Freight Shipments 
- Some parts require freight due to their size, weight, or packaging requirements. Freight shipments may take longer than standard courier deliveries, particularly for rural or hard-to-access locations. 
- If an item requires a special freight quote, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the shipping cost. 
 
Collection 
- Customers are welcome to collect parts directly from LorryLand during our normal business hours.  Weekend collection is available by arrangement. 
 
Important Information 
- We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. 
- Delivery timeframes are subject to the freight provider and factors outside our control. 
- Please ensure shipping details are correct at the time of ordering to avoid delays.
